On May 19th, more than 200 employees of District 39 gathered to honor retiring staff members and those who had reached significant milestones. In all, 52 staff members were recognized for reaching five years of service, 18 celebrated a 15-year anniversary, and six were noted for 25 years with District 39. Honored retirees were Mary Ann Backlund, David Bell, Deb Beyers, Genny Britt, Brad Butz, Brad Clay, Lynn Clark, Catherine Davis, Sharon Hobson, Steve Martin, Monica Polley, Bernadette Pudis, Peggy Roberts, Nancy Roubitchek, Ron Sheade, Jim Tingey, Judy Weidman, and George Zajaczkowski.
