Wilmette, Feb. 10-12: Cellphone earpiece stolen from vehicle, and more

The following incidents were taken from Wilmette Police Department reports on Feb. 10-12.

AUTO BURGLARY

A $200 cell phone earpiece and $10 in coins were reported stolen at 8:25 a.m. Feb. 12 from a vehicle parked overnight in the 1300 block of Gregory Avenue. The owner told police she thought the car had been locked, but there were no signs of a break-in.

DUI

A 42-year-old Evanston woman was arrested at 12:14 a.m. Feb. 11 near the intersection of Glenview Road and Vine Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she was pulled over for speeding.

TRAFFIC

A 27-year-old Chicago man was arrested at 8:58 a.m. Feb. 11 in the first block of Green Bay Road and charged with driving without a license after he was pulled over for allegedly driving through a red light at the intersection of Wilmette Avenue and Green Bay Road.
