The Carmel High School Cheerleaders will be having a different kind of practice every Thursday, as they volunteer to work with A Big Blast and the girls who signed up to take their first cheerleading class.
Not only will the girls learn some cheers, but they’ll get to try out the cheers at 2 football games in October.
A Big Blast, known for Gymnastics Therapy throughout the Chicagoland area is now offering recreation based programs for the special needs community.
“We’re excited to get the kids moving, while having fun” said Penzell, the owner and founder of A Big Blast.”
Class starts this Thursday at The Gym Spot in Mundelein, at 6pm.
Enrollment is still open. Call 847-987-3940 or info@abigblast.com for info or to register. Gurnee class starts Oct.2.
Want to give back? We’re always looking for volunteers!
