DESCRIPTION;CHARSET=UTF-8:AmericanSAI (American Singers and Instrumentalists) is a new music festival for young pianists, string players and singers between 6 and 17 years old.  And it's "happening" in GURNEE!     SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 is the first of FOUR quarterly music festival dates!  Music students from northern Illinois are welcomed to sign-up and participate. The festival is made up auditions in various levels, a featured masterclass artist working with the young musicians and a lovely awards concert for the highest scoring musicians, that evening for the public.   

 JEFF YANG, VIOLIN, (proprietor of Chicago Strings in Evanston and violinist touring with Mannheim Steamroller, Jewel, Il Divo and Corkys Siegels Chamber Blues to mention a few...) will ALSO perform and instruct on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 in AmericanSAI's MASTERCLASS!  The public is invited to attend!  

The important take aways for your young musician is auditioning and performing to the best of their ability and enjoying it, hearing and learning from a professional and finding inspiration to continue practicing and improving!
