DESCRIPTION;CHARSET=UTF-8:Anyone can Zumba in ZUMBA GOLD!  Mark your calendars and join us on Friday, September 24th from 10:30-11:30 AM as we launch Zumba Gold + at the Wheeling Park District Fitness Center.  This class is FREE on Friday, September 24th so you can decide if Zumba Gold + is right for you!  (You do not need to be a member of the Fitness Center, nor a resident of Wheeling to participate in this FREE class) Zumba Gold + is a 60 minute group fitness class that includes 30 minutes of Zumba (latin inspired dancing- cardiovascular exercise- this is great for your heart), followed by exercises to improve your core strength and balance and finishes with a refreshing stretch.  Please call the Wheeling Park District Fitness Center at 847-465-2943 to let us know if you will be attending so we can plan for you.
