On Friday evening, February 3rd, the Life Tree Ramblers, Congregation Etz Chaim's all-volunteer band, will perform at the synagogue’s Shabbat service, starting at 7:30 pm. All are welcome and admission is free.
The Life Tree Ramblers, founded by the synagogue’s Associate Rabbi, Andrea J. Cosnowsky, play upbeat musical renditions of sacred texts and prayers throughout the Shabbat service. The band’s name reflects the name of the congregation, Etz Chaim, Hebrew for “Tree of Life.”
An Oneg Shabbat (Joy of the Sabbath) reception follows the service.
