In April of 1989, Bradley Associates was formed to engage in the real estate business, specializing in syndicating single tenant, commercial real estate. Today, Bradley Associates distributes cash distribution to over 2,500 investors who have invested in over 100 properties nationwide valued in excess of $700 million. Bradley Associates is responsible for all requisite functions on behalf of its investors including acquisition, management, accounting, distribution and asset disposition.
