The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is a non-competitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. By supporting Bark For Life, you help the American Cancer Society save lives, and that helps us move closer to our ultimate goal of a world with less cancer and more birthdays. Check in your four legged friend on a leash and turn in any donations at 8:00am on July 24th. Beginning at 9:30am, all paws will hit the pavement- rain or shine! There is a registration fee of $25 per dog pre event and $35 dollars day of event. So bring your best canine friend and join us for a fun-filled day starting with a walk, and then continuing with demonstrations, contests, and games. Bark For Life Rules 1. Dogs will be screened as they check in 2. We reserve the right to turn away dogs that are a threat to the other participants 3. There is a limit of one dog per person 4. Dogs must be on a leash at all times (max. 6 ft.) 5. Dogs in heat will be turned away 6. Bark For Life is limited to dogs and people (you may honor other pets in on the tribute wall) 7. Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations 8. Participants are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs *Walkers with or without a dog are welcome to participate
