Immanuel Presbyterian Church (29W260 Batavia Avenue, Warrenville) will hold its annual yard sale, bake sale and car wash next Saturday, June 18. Proceeds from the sales and car wash are used to support the teen mission trip which leaves about a week or two after the sale. As the photos show, lots of desirable stuff has been donated for the yard sale. The categories include books, toys, puzzles, videos, electronics, lamps, kids' clothing, sports gear, housewares, decorative items (including seasonal), furniture, linens ... and more. Two oversized two-car garages are full of these goods, and more will come in this next week. So come on Saturday and see what's there. Or check out the bake sale, or have your car washed. The teens, who will be helping with both sales and car wash, can handle lots of cars.
