The Bistro One West (1 W. Illinois St., St. Charles, Ill.; 630-444-0600) deck features a grill at which patrons can watch the proceedings and interact with the Chef Doug D‘Avico! With seating for 70-75 guests, the deck is located directly on the scenic Fox River and will be open this Father’s Day between 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
