The Village of Skokie is excited to announce that a video entry featuring the Northshore Sculpture Park has been selected as a finalist in the Placemaking Chicago “What Makes Your Place Great? Your Secret Corner of Chicago” contest.
The entry is part of a public voting segment that takes place through September 10, 2010 on the Placemaking Chicago website. Four winners will be announced on Sept. 17, 2010 and the winners are expected to be featured on an exclusive Chicago Architecture Foundation tour in October 2010.
To cast your vote for the Northshore Sculpture Park entry:
1. Visit www.placemakingchicago.com.
2. Click on “What Makes Your Place Great? Contest.
3. Click on “Vote for your favorite entry”
4. Then click on “What Makes Your Place Great?” voting page
5. Then click on the dot above the Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park
6. Lastly, scroll to the bottom and click on the “vote” button.
You are allowed to vote for your favorite entry once per email address.
Vote early! Please ask your Skokie friends and neighbors to vote too.
