If you go: Entrees take awhile to cook, but are well worth it. Try the grilled Andouille sausage or a crawfish boil appetizer while youre waiting. For a main course, try the gator, either in a po boy, corn crusted tail or fricassee (it may be the only place youll ever find this item). For the less adventurous, go with a creole, jambalaya or etouffee. Onion fries or red beans and rice makes a great side while robust, hard-to-find microbrews are an ideal complement to the spicy entrees. Finish off with a Moe Joes Flaming Banana, which you can preview here:  www.triblocal.com/Plainfield/Detail_View/view.html
Most extravagant entre: Filet Mignon ala Asa features a 10-ounce center cut filet atop a bed of roasted red pepper crested with bruleed goat cheese, $36.95
Guilty pleasure: Deep fried pickle, $1.95.
