Wish for lots of snow and bundle up! The Plainfield Park District will host a Winter FUN-derland family event on Wednesday, Dec. 28. The event (program # 46404A1) will take place from 6-8 p.m. in Village Green Park, located at Fox River and Chicago Streets just south of Downtown Plainfield. Join us for a family snowball fight, a snow shovel relay race, and snowman-building, then enjoy hot chocolate and cookies by a campfire. Registration is required by Monday, Dec. 19. Cost is $3 per person for residents and $4.50 per person for non-residents. This event will take place with or without snow.
