Sunday was an exciting day for a group of young ladies from the Plainfield Twisters Orange 14 U travel team. Playing up an age bracket they came in 4th place out of 22 teams in the 16U Joliet 11th Annual Heritage Classic. For the weekend the Twisters went 6-2 with 2 players placed on the all tournament team. Erica Kramer with several key hits and outstanding work behind the plate was joined by pitcher Grace Lancman who was 3-1 for weekend and dominated several of the areas top 16U teams. All of the Twister ladies played great softball including Shannon Vaughan, Kailey Smith, Niki Cottini, Nicole Schnieder, Emma Shores, Sarah Lancman, Caroline Roberts, Marissa Haus, Lorelei Tokarczyk, Megan Reidy..
