Matt Thornhill, author and co-founder of The Boomer Project, and author of The Boomer Consumer, will present “How Boomers Will Transform the Healthcare Industry” at the upcoming Suddenly Senior Conference, sponsored by the Illinois Continuity of Care Association, South Suburban Chapter.

Suddenly Senior will take place Tuesday, September 27, 2011 from 7:00am to 4:30pm at the Tinley Park Convention Center (18451 S. Harlem Avenue, Tinley Park, IL). A full day ticket to this event includes continental breakfast, lunch, two (2) keynote addresses, four (4) educational breakout sessions, unlimited access to the vendor area, raffles, prizes and more.

This full day event is designed to educate, inform, and entertain those who work in senior care. It aims to bring together the area’s leading professionals in the medical, social services and senior service industries.

Social workers, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, care and case managers, as well as administrators and business professionals will not want to miss out on this educational opportunity. Participants in Suddenly Senior have the opportunity to gain up to six (6) continuing education unit (CEU) credits.

Thornhill, who has been featured on the Christian Broadcasting Network and in USA Today regarding his knowledge on the baby boomer generation, will share research-inspired predictions on what the future of America’s healthcare system holds. The presentation provides exclusive insights based on proprietary research that has not been made available publicly.

The future of healthcare is on everyone's mind. Boomers, the largest, wealthiest and most influential generation in American History have transformed society in every phase of their lives. They will do so in the next one as well. Thornhill will discuss how the growing Baby Boomer Generation will impact the healthcare industry in the next 5, 10, and 20 years.
