The Palos Power, PBO’s 10 year old July Travel team had a very successful season this year.  The team returned only 3 members from last year’s squad, which went 18-2, winning 3 tournaments.  But that didn’t stop this year’s edition, as they produced a 14-3-1 record, taking the prestigious Homewood Invitational Tournament Championship, placing second in their own PBO Palos Rumble, 3^rd place at Midlothian and a fourth place finish at Frankfort. The team began July, with an 0-2 record, but went undefeated in their last 10 games (9-0-1).  Team members include, the three returning players from ‘09, Jimmy Mundo, Josh Blim and Luke Goral, along with Liam Wall, Jack Bergman, Jake Kairis, Leonidas Angelos, Cade O’Neil, Adam Brzezniak, Connor Rachowicz, Jake Thielmann, and George Jahnke.  The team was coached by Manager Rick Mundo and assistant coaches, Mike Wall, Dan Kairis and Don Bergman.
