Arlington Rental has tents to accommodate up to 600 people, chairs, tables, linens, flowers, centerpieces, china and flatware, glassware, serving pieces, and much more including set up, staffing and tear down services. Arlington's customer list is extensive from corporate to residential, including schools, churches, charities and more.
When you arrive you'll be greeted with champagne, and we have impressive menus from top caterers, Kathy Pedersen from On Occasion Catering & Events in Palatine. She is serving Savory…Potato Samosas with Cilantro Mango Chutney; Peppered Orzo with Roasted Red Pepper Pesto and Sweet…Fig and Mascarpone Torte with sliced Baguette; Scandalous Chocolate Torte with Caramel and Sea Salt; Roasted Pear Tart with Balsamic Caramel and Nutmeg Mascarpone
And, Dave Esau from Dave's Specialty Foods in Mt. Prospect is serving tomato tart with pesto and caramelized onions; Assorted tartelettes–California goat cheese, smoked salmon with capers, wild mushroom and asiago; Rumaki filled with water chestnuts, dates and apricot curry sauce; Swedish meatballs in authentic creamy sauce–hint of nutmeg; Penne pasta–tomato parmesan cream sauce and spinach.
On Thursday, November 4 from 6-9 pm, we'll celebrate the Grand Opening of the newly expanded showroom and new location for Arlington Rental, located at 500 S. Hicks Road in Palatine. This event has balloon decor provided by Barbara's Balloons it also has the creative energies for FUN and power partnering. It's all about the activities and what we can create that would be memorable. Our other hosts include Patrick Huetten, owner of Patrick Pros as our bartender for the evening, Jonathan Roob from Jonathan's Portraits, the event photographer and John Belpedio from Festivity Resources who provides lots of creative solutions for Events & Promotional marketing. Festivity Resources is sponsoring the Rhythm and Blues band, M-Class.

In addition to the great networking, impressive taste sensations and great live music there is more: Parties are always more fun with games and we'll challenge our guests with the color wheel, Plinko – it's like the Price is Right, Baggo set, ping pong, magnetic dart game and golf challenge. We have raffle prizes and a gift bag as well.
