When Legacy Sports Camp puts out a challenge to the kids that participate in its after school sports programs, they sure do answer.

During Legacy Sports Camp 2nd annual holiday food drive, kids from the Oak Park and River Forest programs hosted at Ascension Catholic School, Horace Mann Elementary, St. Vincent Ferrer Parish School, Abraham Lincoln Elementary and William Beye Elementary donated hundreds of items to benefit the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry.

Legacy Sports Camp offers a variety of year round sports programs hosted both at local schools and The Arc, 18 W. Chicago Ave. Legacy also offers birthday parties. Founded by Oak Park natives, Caleb Fields and Dan Kane. Between the two, they share over 2 decades of experience in supervising children's athletic programs. Together they use a time tested camp formula that has been successful in Oak Park and neighboring suburbs for over 20 years.

Since beginning Legacy has had more than 2000 camp participants in over 600 hours of camp.
