More than 200 people attended a fundraiser celebration sponsored by the Oak Park Area Lesbian and Gay Association on Saturday, November 13. This was the 14th annual Oak Park Area Leadership (OPAL) Gala sponsored by the group. Award recipients were the Oak Park Public Library and the Oak Park River Forest highshool's gay-straight alliance, A Place for All.
