This weekend you will be able to shop for a myriad of children’s items, including clothing and shoes, books, toys, baby items, DVDs and even gently-used maternity clothes.

This experience is far different from visiting a resale shop or thrift store. Rhea Lana’s began over 13 years ago to help out young families. They are meticulous about the products they select for sale. They have strict guidelines and only accept high quality merchandise. This is the only one in Illinois so don’t miss it!

It’s a wonderful event—volunteers and workers consisting of new and seasoned mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles and grandparents come together to make this a fantastic experience for shoppers. The atmosphere is festive and fun—there are so many great deals to be had, and visitors can find items here that may cost them SO much more at a retail store.

Another great thing about Rhea Lana’s is their commitment to giving back to the community. They give unsold items to local charities and schools in need. It is heartwarming to know that all these wonderful items will go to those who may not have the means to acquire them in another way.
