Despite this notorious, nightmare real estate recession, Prospect Equities, Inc. of Oakbrook Terrace is pleased to announce the March 1 opening of its sixth branch office at 2532 North Lincoln in the heart of Lincoln Park in the Wrightwood neighborhood.
“In our country’s most maligned business sector, real estate, we are doing nothing but expanding our business: we offer real estate career opportunities for job seekers. We train you and you can realize a significant income—unspeakable these days,” gushed Patti Kremer, promoted to Leasing Director with the opening of Lincoln Park North.
Two teams at the new office provide real estate leasing and sales services. Leasing Team Leader Patti Kremer joined Prospect Equities (PE) at the Lincoln Park South branch office, 1920 North Lincoln, in December, 2008, and took off like wild fire. Before joining Prospect Equities, Patti had worked for Moss, Inc., as a Graphic Design Specialist in the tension fabric architecture business relating to the trade show industry. But, changed economic times brought Ms. Kremer to PE to a new career as a Leasing Agent. In just ten months she has become a Team Leader.
Ms. Kremer’s team consists of ten leasing agents (many who are also new leasing agents having come from other industries) who share floor time in the new office, and meet and greet clients, and locate new residences for home seekers.
“Apartment leasing is a fantastic avenue for entering the real estate industry. In just ten months, I have attained the required sales quota, gained realty expertise, and achieved a managerial promotion which instantly boosted my career. This same opportunity is available to any Leasing Agent who exhibits strong leadership and sales skills, perseverance and a positive attitude,” stated Patti.
The real estate Sales Team Leader Michael Giliano is concentrating on serving several Chicago neighborhoods including Lakeview, Steeleville, South Loop and, of course, Lincoln Park. While Mike’s primary focus is residential sales, the sales team also provides commercial real estate, helping buyers and sellers of small businesses close deals in these tough economic times. Mike’s team is implementing aggressive marketing strategies to help obtain financing through lease options and other resources.
Vice President of Finance, Prospect Equities, Inc. Mortgage Team Leader, Bill O’Malley at Lincoln Park North offers full-service mortgage counseling including FHA, FHA-203K, conventional and commercial lending. Call the number below for details and/or to schedule an appointment.
The overall strategic focus at PE Lincoln Park North is to serve clients with their lifetime real estate needs. This can include an initial apartment rental and later, a purchase of a home or condominium in the city or suburbs. In his seven years as a realtor, Mike Giliano has helped many clients lease or buy their first home in the city and served again as their agent when they later chose to move into a suburban neighborhood.
Having a lifelong real estate agent can be a successful strategic move for many clients. It’s one-stop shopping with the same realtor. Clients can rely with confidence on the real estate agent they know and trust. In return the agent, who knows the family members, their needs, circumstances and tastes can efficiently locate homes that meet their needs and desires. They can choose their favorite from among good choices.
At a recent meeting of the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce, both new Prospect Equities teams were introduced as a fresh addition to one of the best chambers of commerce in the country. The Chamber welcomed the PE – Lincoln Park North addition to their ranks as another resource for folks who seek apartments and real estate in the Lincoln Park area. Members of the Lincoln Park Chamber of commerce will become vital links to the Lincoln Park community for both teams at Prospect Equities Lincoln Park North.

Michael Giliano will also join the Chicago Board of Realtors which will complete the PE – Lincoln Park North circle of ties to Chicago’s professional real estate community.
