A woman who allegedly tried to walk out of a Naperville pet store with a puppy under her coat has been charged with felony retail theft, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s office.

Susan Sullivan, 50, of the 0-10 block of Testa Drive in Naperville, had her bail set at $20,000 Tuesday, following her arrest the day before, according to authorities.
