Three Naperville men and one Bolingbrook man are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on charges of mob action and knowingly damaging property Sunday afternoon at a Bolingbrook home, police said.
Naperville residents Reginald Baggett, 20, of the 200 block of Elmwood Drive and Jermaine D. Fields-Alexander, 18, and Henry Wilkes – both of the 1500 block of West Jefferson Street, and Bolingbrook resident Ashton Borden, 17, of the 100 block of West Robinhood Way are accused of smashing out the windows of a car in the driveway on the 300 block of Grand Canyon Drive around 2:30 p.m., Bolingbrook police said. Bolingbrook Police Spokesman Lt. Mike Rompa said police responding to a home-invasion report encountered four men outside. Investigators believe the four targeted a Bolingbrook resident because he had previously dated a girl Fields-Alexander is dating, Rompa said.
Bail was set at $15,000 for Wilkes and $10,000 for each of the others.
All four remained in the Will County Adult Detention Facility Monday afternoon.
