Memorial services are scheduled for later this week in the Milwaukee area for Shaun Wild, the elementary school teacher who was stabbed to death at a downtown Naperville bar last weekend, North Central College announced Monday. A Naperville-area ceremony also may be scheduled.

A public memorial will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, at Brown Deer High School, located at 8060 N. 60th St. in Brown Deer, Wis., with visitation hours beginning at 5 p.m.

A private funeral for friends and family will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7152 N. 41st St., Milwaukee, Wis.

Discussions about holding a local memorial service in the Naperville area are ongoing, though an announcement has not yet been made, college officials said.
