Slashed tires, stolen snowman, and more

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports:

Property Damage

A mailbox is damaged with a blunt object between 11 p.m. Dec. 30 and 7 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 2800 block of Alandale Circle.
A drinking glass was thrown at a cars windshield causing damage at 12:59 a.m. Jan. 1 in the 0-100 block of Jefferson Avenue.
Two tires were slashed in a driveway between 3 p.m. Dec. 31 and 2:30 p.m. Jan 1 in the 0-100 block of Sylvia Lane.
A car’s window was discovered damaged at 8:48 a.m. Dec. 30 in the 5700 block of Rosinweed Lane.
A rear window of a vehicle was shattered between 9 p.m. Dec. 28 and 8:30 a.m. Dec. 29 in the 2400 block of Warm Springs Lane.

Theft

Jewelry and coins were taken after forced entry was made to a home between 11 p.m. Dec. 30 and 11:23 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 1100 block of Picadilly Circle.
A cell phone was stolen between 5:30 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 200 block of Route 59.
$18 in lottery tickets were stolen between 6:29 p.m. and 6:47 p.m. Dec. 31 in the 1800 block of Wehrli Road.
A 42-inch snowman was stolen from a front yard between 11 p.m. Dec. 31 and 8:53 a.m. Jan 1 in the 100 block of S. Eagle Street.
A license place was stolen between 8 p.m. Dec. 28 and 6 p.m. Jan. 1 in the 900 block of E. Ogden Avenue.
A car’s window was smashed and an iPod was taken between 8:30 p.m. Dec. 28 and 8:26 a.m. Dec. 29 in the 2100 block of Allegre Circle.
A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle between 7:58 p.m. Dec. 28 and 7:56 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 800 block of Greenwood Circle.
A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle between 8 a.m. and noon Dec. 11 in the 1200 block of Quincy Avenue.

Arrests

A 19-year-old-man of the 600 block of Lavina Court in Bolingbrook was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Jan 1 in the 1700 block of S. Washington Street and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of liquor by a minor, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 24-year-old-man of the 400 block of S. Grace Street in Bensenville was arrested a 12:25 a.m. Jan. 1 in the 0-100 block of W. Jefferson Avenue and charged with drinking in a public way and warrant service.
A 26-year-old-man of the 20900 block of W. Barrington Lane in Plainfield was arrested at 2:10 a.m. Jan. 1 in the 0-100 block of E. Chicago Avenue and charged with battery.
A 31-year-old-man of the 35000 block of Manning Avenue in Warrenville was arrested at 10:24 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 600 block of Raymond Drive and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance.
A 43-year-old-man of the 4500 block of Beau Monde Drive in Lisle was arrested at 8 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 4900 block of W. Cermak Road in Cicero and charged with warrant service and criminal trespass to a building.
