Get him off the property, clean it up, and be done with it! He’s already stated that he won’t be living in it, and it’s being foreclosed upon anyway. This is a ridiculous waste of time and money, and this guy is a nut case. I’m so grateful this isn’t my neighborhood, and I feel for those in his immediate area.

I think this is a bit much! Most drivers own their cabs and, as indicated in an earlier comment, many can’t afford to wait for credit card payments to be reimbursed. These are tough times with lots of competition. I don’t think it’s reasonable to REQUIRE that they accept credit. Oh, and what are you expecting them to wear – livery? How about the old standby – “No shoes, no shirt, no service”?

Are you kidding me? Possession by a felon of 20+ firearms AND no owner’s ID, and these guys think it’s perfectly acceptable to drop the charges??? Wow! I’d sure feel safe living there – not! Of course, murdering a defenseless animal who was no threat to him whatsover is supposed to be acceptable? 20 months is “sufficient”? Another man recently received 7 years, and he didn’t have the other strikes against him. Who is this Mermel, and who is he supposed to be representing? Don’t care if the guy is losing his house! Boo, hoo, hoo!!! At least the neighbors can relax cuz he won’t be coming back.
