Patricia Murphy MacMillan

@patriciamurphy
Community Producer
My name is Patricia MacMillan, and I am the community producer for the TribLocal clusters of Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Warrenville, West Chicago and Winfield as well as Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Elburn/Maple Park and Elgin.

I am here to get the news out about these communities as well as help citizen contributors get their stories, photos and events featured online and in TribLocal’s weekly print edition that is delivered with the Chicago Tribune on Thursdays and as a standalone publication on Saturdays.

I love community journalism because I get to work with new people every day. I also love to write, read and trying new foods and restaurants – sushi is a personal favorite.

I also love spending time with my friends and family. I got married to my long-time boyfriend in October and am enjoying my new role as a wife to a great guy.

If you have a story idea or any questions while posting, call me at 312-731-6144, e-mail me at pmacmillan@tribune.com or find me on Twitter @TribLocalPatti.

If you have a concern about delivery, please email triblocaldelivery@tribune.com.
