I don’t understand why John doesn’t just take all this to the landfill or to a recycling center for cash.

Doesn’t the nosey neighbor have anything else to do? I think the garden looks beautiful and they should be thanked for their kindness, now go and catch the bad guys elsewhere.

John should get the go green award for trying to recycle! He just needs help to haul it to Michigan.

John is living in his van because his home has no utilities but then either does his van. How is this man and his dog surviving? He must get some type of disability pay if he is disabled.

My suggestion would be to take all the recycled things to a center and split the money between John and the village,, that may help him to let go of all the cans and bottles, both the village and John may make some money and both would be happy and the place would be somewhat cleaned up.
He is probably overwelmed with junk and doesn’t even know where to begin. He talks about going to Michigan for 10 cents a can but has he ever gone that far? Probably not. From what I’ve read he’s a nice person just a little unbalanced.
