Lake Forest, Ill. – The 2010 “Top Kids’ Docs” list recognizes three physicians who treat patients at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. These doctors were selected by other physicians as among the most exceptional pediatric specialists in the Chicago area.

Named to the list are:
•Diane Fondriest, MD (General Pediatrician)
•Sherwood Libit, MD (Pediatric Nephrologist)
•Marleta Reynolds, MD (Surgeon-in-chief at Children’s Memorial Hospital)

The list appeared in a recent issue of Chicago Magazine and includes the best pediatric specialists in 13 specialties.

“We pride ourselves on the care we provide to our youngest patients,” said Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital President Thomas J. McAfee. “It’s great to see these pediatricians receive recognition for the exemplary care they give our patients each and every day.”

The list was compiled by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a health care research and information company. Their survey and research process involved thousands of doctors on the national and regional levels. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be selected and profiled as Castle Connolly top doctors.
