Theft

• A 40-year-old Homer Glen woman from the 14600 block of West 163rd Street appeared in court Jan. 27 for theft and misusing a credit card. The felony charges, approved Jan. 18, stem from four incidents from March 5 through Oct. 20, 2010. She is scheduled to return to court Feb. 7.
• Two cash deposits totaling $221 and six cell phones were reported missing Jan. 25 from a wireless phone store on the 14200 block of South Bell Road. The thefts reportedly were discovered during daily inventory.
