The fringe was flying and the dance floor was filled with glittering blurs during the Holiday Star Ball Dec. 9 and 10 at the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont. Students from the Michigan Avenue, Mokena, Buffalo Grove, South Barrington and Burr Ridge Fred Astaire Dance Studio locations came together to compete in ballroom and Latin dances.
