HCA is proud to announce new theater classes for children and teens for this fall season. Classes include: Glee Club for ages 8 – 14, Storybook Theater for ages 4 – 5, and Theater and Improv for ages 10 and up. Theater classes and workshops are for anyone who wants to be in the spotlight and onstage!
Glee Club
Ages 8 – 14
Saturdays, 10- 11:30 am
September 11 – October 23 (7 weeks)
Teaching Artist: Karin Catania
If you LOVE to sing, dance and perform then join HCA’s Glee Club Workshop. Learn step-by-step performance skills for singing and dancing to classical musical styles just like they do on television!
$200 HCA members/$225 non-members
Storybook Theater
Ages 4 – 5
Thursdays, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.

Children will exercise their creativity and gain confidence as we read, discuss and act out the characters in classic and contemporary story books.

Theater and Improv
Ages 10 and up
Wednesdays, 6:45 – 8:15 p.m.
September 8 – November 17
Improvisation, theater games, scene study and more promote self-confidence and prepare students to audition for plays and musicals.
