Oak Park didn’t need Darius Henry in Tuesday’s 47-19 dual team sectional championship victory over Hinsdale Central.

But make no mistake about it, Henry’s return after more than a month off makes the Huskies more dangerous. Henry walked off the team shortly before the Huskies traveled to Iowa City for an invitational in early January. It didn’t take him long to return and make his presence felt.

“I went through some mental breakdowns,” said Henry, who despite struggling scored a 5-3 victory over Hinsdale Central’s George Tolbert at 113.
