One thousand attendees came out on Saturday night to enjoy the 7th annual Holiday Train.  The Village of Gurnee Chamber of Commerce sponsored the annual fund raiser/food drive for the benefit of the Northern Illinois Food Bank.  A special thanks goes out to Abbott Labs for their generous donation of $60,000 and to the Lake County Community Foundation for their donation of $30,000, Takeda Phamaceuticals for their $5000, and CPR for their $2000 donation.  The food bank also received over 2000 lbs of food on top of the $775 of donations by participants at the event.

Thanks also to our food vendors and donors, Caribou Coffee, Outback Steakhouse, Great America, Whole Foods, RinkSide Entertainment, and Salutos.
