Bond was set at $100,000 Feb. 17  for a convicted felon charged in connection with a shooting last week in the parking lot of a Gurnee restaurant.

Police said they found a discarded handgun nearby.

The driver of the vehicle, Richardson-Wester, was injured in the hand and was treated and released at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Liberytyville, police said. The victim was treated at Vista West Medical Center in Kenosha, police said. No other injuries were reported.
