A CHEMICAL REACTION is a movie documentary that will make you think twice about the chemicals you put on your lawn. It's the story of a 64-year old dematologist in a small Canadian town who noticed a connection between her patients' health problems and lawn chemicals. Her actions led the town to ban pesticides which sparked a 10-year battle that went all the way to the Canadian Supreme Court. The movie is presented by the Liberty Prairie Conservancy and College of Lake County. Room C005 at CLC Grayslake Campus. $10 ($5 for students and LPC members)
