Traffic violation

A 38-year-old Glenview man was arrested at 2:39 a.m. Feb. 17 in the 1000 block of Waukegan Road and charged with speeding 31 to 39 mph over the posted limit and disobeying a red light.

Retail theft

A 59-year-old Wheeling man was arrested at 2 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 1900 block of Tower Drive and charged with retail theft and battery.

A 41-year-old Salt Lake City, Utah, woman and a 63-year-old Wheeling woman were arrested at 3:57 p.m. Feb. 14 in the 2200 block of Willow Road and charged with retail theft.
