Two charged with public intoxication, gas stolen, and more

The following incidents were taken from Glen Ellyn police reports on Feb. 7:

DUI

A Wheaton woman was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Prospect Street on Jan. 29.

An Oak Lawn man was charged with driving under the influence, uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and equipment violation near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Lorraine Street on Jan. 29.

A Maywood woman was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol and a sign violation near the intersection of St. Charles Road and Geneva Road on Jan. 29.

A Wheaton man was charged with driving under the influence and illegal squealing tires at Geneva Road and Evergreen Avenue on Feb. 2.

An Elburn woman was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Exmoor Avenue on Feb. 5.

Domestic battery

A Wheaton man was charged with domestic battery near the intersection of Illinois Street and Lambert Street on Jan. 31.

Suspended license

A man from Shaker Heights, Ohio, was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding at Park Avenue near Elmwood Drive on Feb. 1.

Public intoxication

A Wheaton woman was charged with public intoxication in the 400 block of Forest Avenue on Feb. 2.

A Glendale Heights man was charged with public intoxication in the 500 block of Crescent Boulevard on Feb. 3.

Drugs

A Glen Ellyn woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment in the 600 block of Roosevelt Road on Feb. 5.

Theft

A sports jersey was stolen from Soccer Edge, 936 Roosevelt Road, on Jan. 29.

Gas was reported stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot at 11 Briar Street on Jan. 30.

A cellphone, valued at $200, was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of St. James Place on Feb. 4.
