Second Quarter PBIS Celebration brought to Grant-White School, Matt Wilhelm. Matt is a 3- Time X-Game Medalist, 2011 National Champion, Winner of “America’s Got Talent” You Tube competition, and Semi-Finalist on this season of “America’s Got Talent”. The children watched as Matt demonstrated his many daring tricks; ending with jumping over not 1; not 2; but 3 Grant-White staff members. Matt left a message for all: never give up; always try; and continue your education. Way to go Matt!

Dr. Martin Luther King stopped by to spend some time with our Grant-White Eagles. Dr. Martin Luther King (ML as his family called him) talked about his childhood and his many peaceful accomplishments. This historical visit was made possible through the Historical Perspectives for Children. These one man/woman shows takes the audience through the life of an historical figure; from their childhood through adulthood. Just like The Night at the Museum, history does come alive.
