A woman was robbed of her work bag and gym bag at 3:45 a.m. Feb. 19 behind a residence in the 300 block of Circle Avenue.

The woman told police she had just finished work and parked behind her boyfriend’s residence. As she was about to enter the rear yard gate she was approached by a scruffy man in his mid to late 20s wearing dark clothing. He implied he had a weapon and said, “Give me everything. I want everything.”

He took her bags and told her to stay there and not to scream before he fled toward Madison Street. The woman’s cell phone, identification, credit card, house keys and other items were in the stolen bags.
