I am a happy and confident guy with lots of energy and enthusiasm. I enjoy playing with toys, but they are more fun when we play together. I also like to voice my opinion so be ready because I speak up often. I am friendly and agreeable when it comes to new situations and people, but I do have a sensitive side so sometimes I will need you to be extra careful so I don't get overwhelmed and scared. If you are ready for a companion that is mature and wise but needs to learn a few manners, I'm your guy.

Adoption Information: Small size / weighs 16 lbs. Non-shedding, will require professional grooming every 6-8 weeks at a cost of $50.00. Snowy is suitable for a home with children aged 12 and over and no other cats or dogs. Housebreaking: Has occasional accidents, will need some work.

Snowy is neutered, microchipped and has had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines.

C.A.R.E. is an all-volunteer organization that works in conjunction with Evanston's municipal animal shelter to find homes and provide medical care for the stray and abandoned animals that are brought to the shelter.

C.A.R.E. is located at 2310 Oakton St., Evanston. Adoption hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and noon to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (closed Fridays).
