A 36-year-old man was gunned down Friday night in a shooting in the Rogers Park neighborhood, Chicago police said.
Shortly after 8:30 p.m., the victim was inside a vehicle in the 7600 block of North Greenview Avenue when someone fired multiple shots into the vehicle, Chicago police said.
The man suffered multiple wounds to the face and body, and was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston where he was listed in critical condition, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
No one was in custody, and detectives were investigating
