Saturday, September 11, 2010 is Touch a Truck Day! From 10:00 am until noon in the Pirates’ Cove parking lot, children can touch, feel, and climb through, into and out of fire trucks, dump trucks, police cars and more! Toot the horns and flash the lights on all the vehicles on display. Bring your camera to capture the fun! This event is recommended for ages 3 and up. Pirates’ Cove lot is at 999 Leicester Road, the corner of Biesterfield and Leicester Roads in Elk Grove Village. There is no cost to participate in Touch a Truck!
