Elgin resident Katherine Dalin will emcee and perform in "Love, Lust and Divas" with fellow singers from Elgin Opera at the Elgin Art Showcase February 18th at 4:00 p.m. The event is graciously sponsored by the Elgin Cultural Arts Commission.
