State Rep. Keith Farnham, D-Elgin, will meet with residents several times this month throughout Elgin as part of his Coffee Shop Stop series.
Since taking office, Farnham has regularly met with constituents to discuss their concerns and thoughts about state issues over a cup of coffee or lunch at area coffee shops and restaurants. At the stops, Farnham will be ask residents for input on new legislative ideas to bring back to Springfield. His upcoming February coffee shop and lunch stops are as follows:
- 7-8 a.m. Feb. 15, at Big Apple Bagels, 561 N. McLean Blvd.
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 15, at the American Legion, 820 N. Liberty St.
- 10-11 a.m. Feb. 24, at Elgin Books & Coffee, 209 E. Chicago St.
- Noon to 1 p.m., at In the Neighborhood Deli, 185 N. Edison Ave.
For information contact Rep. Farnham’s constituent service office at 847-841-7130 or email him at krfarnham@gmail.com.

Maybe we should ask The Great “Rush Limbaugh” to go join him for Coffee & Bagels.
What a spectacle that would be.
Surely the coffee shop would love it – think of all the extra business!!!
