Little Bee by Chris Cleave How far would you be willing to go to save a stranger? From an orphaned refugee to a British journalist to a four-year-old boy, the characters in Cleave’s novel are all confronted with this question due to a nightmarish encounter with oil industry mercenaries on a beach in Nigeria.
