DES PLAINES, ILL. — Des Plaines Theatre will host top-notch Vegas singer Carly Matt performing with Des Plaines local Rob Riddle. On Thursday, Mar 15 at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Mar 16 at 8 p.m., Saturday, Mar 17 at 7 p.m., and Sunday, Mar 18 at 3 p.m. Matt and Riddle will take the stage performing songs from famous films. With all tickets just $15, this is the perfect event for the entire community to enjoy on any budget.

A Chicago native, Matt is thrilled to return to Illinois from Las Vegas, Nevada, where she performs at performance halls, hotels, and casinos including the infamous Mandalay Bay, Venetian, and Suncoast. She has also performed with the renowned Las Vegas Philharmonic, and has been deemed “the female Josh Groban” by star choreographer Cris Judd. Rob Riddle is a Des Plaines native. After graduating from Maine West South School he studied Vocal Performance at St. Olaf College, then achieved a master’s degree in Vocal Performance in Opera and Musical Theatre at Southern Illinois University. Since, he has been seen at Light Opera Works, Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, and is currently working on Marriot Lincolnshire Theatre’s “Joseph”.
