Judge James Michael McGing from the 10th Sub circuit enjoys a moment with Des Plaines Mayor Marty Moylan as the pair were attending the Committee dinner for the 2012 St. Patrick's Day parade. The dinner was held Thursday Jan. 26 at Plumber's Hall in Chicago. McGing, a candidate for the Illinois Appellate Court and Moylan, a candidate for Illinois State Representative, will be part of the St. Patrick’s Day tradition, one of the largest parades of its type in the nation.
