Indian Prairie Library begins remodel
Renovation work has started at the Indian Prairie Public Library in Darien. After nearly 15 years and more than 6.5 million visitors, the building needs to be refreshed. The Board of Trustees has been planning for this project for years, putting money aside in a special fund and surveying library users to determine exactly how they’re using the library and how the building could better suit the changing needs of the community.
