The following items were taken from Crystal Lake Police records on Jan. 30.
Unlawful use of a weapon
- An 18-year-old man, of the 3700 block of Franklin Court, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Jan. 18. A 15-year-old juvenile was also charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Criminal damage to property
- An 18-year-old man, of the 700 block of Weston Drive, was charged with criminal damage to property Jan. 22. An 18-year-old man, of the 1000 block of Butler Drive, was also charged with criminal damage to property, and a 15-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal defacement to property.
Theft of services
- A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with theft of services Jan. 25. A 21-year-old woman, no known address, was also charged with theft of services and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Outstanding warrant
- An 18-year-old man, of the 300 block of Van Buren Street, was arrested Jan. 26 for an outstanding warrant out of McHenry County for retail theft.
- A 23-year-old woman, of the 7900 block of Ridgefield Road, was arrested Jan. 27 for an outstanding warrant out of Lake County for failure to appear in court on an unlawful possession of a controlled substance charge.
Illegal transportation of alcohol
- A 24-year-old man, of the 500 block of Monarch Drive, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle Jan. 27.
DUI
- A 22-year-old man, of the 500 block of Cress Creek Terrace, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content level of more than .08 percent, two counts of improper lane usage and following too closely Jan. 29.
